If you delete the gateway from MyPortal when calls are running, nothing will happen with your live calls unless you reload the SBO. It is recommended to reload the system when you make any changes with the gateway to make it effective. However, when you will press the reload button, the live calls will be hung up immediately.

If you expand the SBO by clicking on the down arrow icon on the right, you will find that button. See the picture for more clarification.

You can make any changes in SBO and gateways. Then, please click the “Reload SBO” button to get an immediate and effective result.
