What is your billing cycle? Can the billing cycle be modified?

We have a fixed billing cycle. For better management and to avoid misunderstanding, Synchronous sends invoice on monthly basis except for additional subscription within the month. So by default, for all of our customers billing cycle is 1st date of each month.

However, if you want invoice on a daily basis, you have to notify us first. You can also modify your billing cycle by first informing us. After discussion the billing cycle may be¬†modified. We will make¬†every possible effort for our customers’ happiness.
