According to our payment policy, if a customer fails to pay within due date, service will be temporarily interrupted. There is no way to extend service in case of no payment. Synchronous will wait for 1 week for the payment. If payment is received within this time, service will be reactivated, all previous data will be intact.
But in case of no payment even after one week, service will be considered unsubscribed and will be terminated permanently. All data will be removed. Synchronous will not be liable for any loss of data and any type of business loss resulting from it. We expect and request all of our customers respect our payment policy and enjoy uninterrupted service.
